HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Please contact Elaine in the clinic office on 086 083 0790 She will organise an appointment time convenient to you and your travel requirements.
WHAT WILL BE COVERED DURING MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Mr Leonard will meet with you on your scheduled day. He will review and talk over your symptoms with you. There will be adequate time to talk through the pain you are experiencing and have the best course of action explained to you.
SHOULD I BRING X-RAYS?
If you have any relevant imaging including X-Rays, CT scans, MRIs and reports please bring them along with you prior to the visit to facilitate an accurate diagnosis and efficient treatment plan.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?
Please bring your referral letter with you on the day. Perhaps it may suit you better to email this into us prior to your visit.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
It will depend on the level of cover you have with your provider. Please check with your health insurer before your appointment. Many providers will reimburse you upon receipt of a consultation payment.
